1. Prices and services

GrowStream.tv may change its prices and the products and services it offers at any time.

2. Providing the service

We agree that you will receive the products covered by your order, except where a technical malfunction prevents it.

We are not obliged to work with every customer and may stop working with a customer at any time.

If you request modules, changes or extra work in addition to the package you buy, you agree to pay the fee that GrowStream.tv sets for that work.

3. Package information and section rules

By ordering a package, you accept the "Information and FAQ" section for the category of that package.

Some parts of the site may have their own rules and obligations. Anyone who uses those parts is considered to have accepted those rules in advance.

4. Cancelling packages and deleting accounts

You can cancel or delete a package yourself through GrowStream.tv. A cancellation cannot be undone.

GrowStream.tv decides whether to delete any records, including those of an account you closed yourself. You cannot claim any right or compensation for deleted records.

5. Your account and login details

You are directly responsible for any damage that results from sharing your username, password, usage rights or other access details with third parties, or from anyone else using them.

You may not use another person's personal information, such as their IP address, email address or username, and you may not access or use other users' private information without permission. You accept any legal and criminal liability that arises from such use.

6. Acceptable use

The following are not allowed:

• Reverse engineering the site or taking any other action to find or obtain its source code.
• Copying the content of the site, in whole or in part, without permission.
• Using software that threatens the security of the site or stops it from working, or trying to obtain, delete or change information on it.

7. Messages and backups

You are responsible for backing up messages sent through the GrowStream.tv application, and we recommend that you do. GrowStream.tv is not responsible if messages are lost, deleted or damaged because no backup was made.

8. Links to other websites

This website may contain links or references to other websites that GrowStream.tv does not control. We are not responsible for the content of those sites or for any links they contain.

9. How we contact you

GrowStream.tv may contact you for communication, marketing, notification and other purposes using the address, email address, phone numbers and other contact details you gave us when you registered or updated later. This can be by letter, email, SMS, phone call or other means.

10. Acceptance and liability

You accept all provisions of this agreement from the moment you start using the service, and the agreement applies to you from then on.

You agree to compensate GrowStream.tv for any damage caused by your breach of the obligations in these terms. If GrowStream.tv has to pay compensation or administrative or court fines to public authorities or third parties because of your breach, GrowStream.tv may claim that amount back from you.

11. Privacy policy

GrowStream.tv does not disclose personal information that users send through the site to third parties. Personal information means any information that identifies you, such as your name, address, phone or mobile number and email address ("confidential information"). It is not used for any other purpose.

To provide a better service, we ask for some personal information (such as name, age and email address) when you sign up. This data is used within GrowStream.tv for campaigns and special promotions for your profile. Apart from your personal information, statistics about the transactions you make on the site or in the app are analysed and stored by GrowStream.tv.

We do not share the information from sign-up forms with third parties without your knowledge, and we do not use or sell it for commercial purposes other than running our service.

GrowStream.tv uses the Remarketing and the Demographics and Interest Reporting features of Google Analytics. You can opt out of Google Analytics for Display Advertising and customise Google Display Network ads in your Google ad settings. Demographic information from Google Analytics is used to tailor GrowStream.tv and its advertising to our users' interests.

Customer information is only disclosed to official authorities when they request it and we are legally required to provide it.

Card details entered on the payment page are not stored by GrowStream.tv, in its app or on the servers of the companies that work for us. All payment transactions take place between your bank or payment provider and your device through the GrowStream.tv interface.

Only you can access the information you enter into the system, and only you can change it. No one else can access or change this information.
